It’s been a long while since we’ve seen Dutch supermodel Frederique Van Der Wal. As a matter of fact, I don’t recall when was the last time I saw her, except in the ’90s when she was still a working supermodel. Here she is at the screening of “Away from Her” hosted by The Cinema Society and The Wall Street Journal at IFC Center in New York City. According to IMDB.com, Frederique doesn’t have a role in the movie or anything, but it’s nice to see her out and about anyway. She still looks good.

Frederique van der Wal (born August 30, 1967, in The Hague, Zuid-Holland, The Netherlands) is a Dutch fashion model, best-known for gracing the pages of Sports Illustrated, Cosmopolitan, and Victoria’s Secret. Frederique (as she is known and introduces herself), grew up on a farm on one of the newer polders in the Zuider Zee. She attended college in The Netherlands and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. She is a sharp businesswoman and manages her own financial affairs and businesses.
